Personalization: Three portraits of a male owner appear. The first is on f. 71v with the owner kneeling before a prie-dieu with a girdle book with an angel standing opposite speaking in a banderole: “SI VIS VITAM I(N)GREDI MA(N)DATA” (Matthew 19:17). The second is in the margins of f. 171v kneeling before an image of the Trinity with a banderole reading: “D(OMI)NE NO(N) S(E)C(UN)D(U)M PECCA(TA) N(OST)RA FACIAS NOB(IS)” (Psalm 67:6-7). The third is in the margins of f. 189v kneeling before the Virgin Mary and Christ Child enthroned with a banderole reading: “O FLOS FLORII ET ROSA ROSARII INTERCEDE PRO NOBIS.”
